Return & Exchange Policy

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days. Customer will receive a email confirmation including tracking information once item has shipped. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

We do have a pick-up location here in Little Elm, TX. The location is a boba shop called "Bubble Well" at the address:

Customer will have 14 days, from day order was purchased, to return the item(s) in question. We do ask that along with your order number, you email us a picture of the damaged item(s) for our records. We will refund you the cost of the product minus shipping cost.

Refund will be processed once ChiChi's Anime receives the returned damaged items.
